Morning bowls inspiration

If you follow my IG account you might notice that I am a big fan on Buddha Bowls!
In regarding to my first meal, or breakfast if you want, I don't have any limits to mixing the goodies together. As its very nutrious, I very often eat my next meal late afternoon.
INGREDIENTS
Good source of protein - nuts, seeds, quinoa, lentils, peas, very somtimes cheese or egg
Good source of fiber - crunchy oats, apples
Good source of fat - avocado, aslo above nuts and seeds
Other favorite goodies - carrot, rocket, spinich, coconut flakes
